♦ Please note that delivery dates and weeks are not guaranteed, however we will do our best to ensure that goods are delivered within the stipulated date or as soon as possible afterwards. We shall not be responsible for delays caused by a failure in accessing the delivery address on the agreed date or because of other unforseen circumstances arised beyond our reasonable control. However, in case of delay, customers will be informed as early as possible. Although, this will usually be for the items which are not in stock. Specific delivery times and days can not be agreed at any time in processing the order. we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the delivery date.
♦ Email confirmation for your parcel delivery time and date with PARCEL TRACKING NUMBER will be sent to you. In most cases, the customer receives the goods by next day after email confirmation from us. once your parcel reaches at the nearest local depot. You will be notified by e-mail or text for specific time of delivery. Thereafter, if you do not want the delivery and wish to cancel order, the cost of shipping(£6) and returns (£12.50 ex. vat) will be applied.
♦ Courier will try to deliver the parcel twice leaving a card at your door. If you are unable to contact them within a week, the parcel will be returned to us. Parcel receiver will be responsible for all returns and re-delivery cost will have to be borne by the customer (@ £6 per parcel). Please contact us within two working days, if parcel is not received after our email ("PARCEL DELIVERED").
♦ Upon receipt of your goods please check it. If the package does not appear to be in good condition, then refuse the delivery. If you are unable to check the contents of your delivery then sign for the parcel as “UNCHECKED”. Failure to do so may affect any claims that you make thereafter.
♦ Ownership of an item will not pass to you until we delivered the item to you (either directly, or by leaving it in a safe place or with a neighbour). When an item is delivered the risk of damage or loss of the item passes to you.
♦ Extra Items delivered: In case of extra item supplied by mistake, you must notify us immediately and goods should be returned to us in line with the return procedure. If you do not follow this procedure and are found to be in possassion of goods that you have not paid for, you may be charged for the goods.
♦ Lost Parcel: For any claim of "PARCEL LOST", you have to inform us within 7 days of our confirmation email ("PARCEL DELIVERED"). After that it is not possible for us to process your claim as third party (courier) is involved in this operation.
♦ Damage during Transit: The products are well-packed with utmost care and consideration. We're well practiced in sending glass, so it rarely breaks during transit. In the unlikely event that this does happen, you will need to provide us with the following information by email to email@example.com, within 48 hours of delivery
• Photographic evidence of the broken product with details of product name and quantities broken.
• Your order number
• Whether you would like a replacement or refund
With all above information, you will need to return the product to us within 10 days.
Note: If you have arranged to make delivery at neighbour place (Without signature), or any other safe place, instead of in-person delivery, we will not be responsible for any damage / brokage of the delivered products.
